To process a return, please send us a message so we can provide you with a RMA number. The RMA number will only be issued during the 30-day return period which begins on the date of shipment by ToolSmithDirect. Please provide the following information when requesting a RMA:

- Return Item(s)
- Reason for Returns
- Order Number
- Mailing Address
- Refund or Replacement
For returns due to defect or ToolSmithDirect error we will provide you with an RMA number along with a shipping label and tracking number. Once you have been given a RMA number, you have 3 business days to ship out the item(s) you wish to return. For returns due to any other reason besides defect or ToolSmithDirect error we will provide a RMA number but you will be responsible for returning items at their own expense. Refunds will only be issued once the item(s) has been received at our location, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once ToolSmithDirect receives the returned item(s) a refund or replacement order will be issued within 5 business days. If any issues come up with processing the refund or replacement we will contact you immediately. Unauthorized Returns
